What is your diet and workout regiment like?
My diet isn’t too strict actually. I like to eat a bunch of carbs before I play a match so pasta is key. On an off day, I like to take in a steak and potatoes. Practice while at home is usually me practicing 2 hrs on court and an hour in the gym.
